CHARGING STATION COMPATIBILITY - The Lectron Level 2 EV charging station can charge all EVs with J1772 standard charging ports. The 20' long charging cable ensures you don't have to move too far to use the station.

Due to its IP66 rating, the charging station is dust-proof and protected against water jets of high pressure. A durable product you can use indoors and outdoors for a long time.

A 14-50R outlet is required for installation and you are ready to plug your EV charging station in. The adapters available to connect to certain dryer outlets are also compatible with this product.

Does this have the potential to be installed outdoors? "Dust proof" is a feature of this unit. It's also a preferred product for outdoor use, based on the description. ?

My guess is that it will not happen. There seems to be no weather proofing on the unit. Apparently, it is reasonable to run the 25 foot cable outdoors from a room that has been installed inside. I will say it is very easy to use and seems to work perfectly with my wife's Jaguar XF. It takes time.

The installation was simple. Unlike the 40a 220, the 40a 220 had different problems. This is an excellent feature. Installation is quick and easy.
