Do you know if this product is manufactured in America?

If you are running lawn mowers, ATVs, or if you are adding a couple of gallons of gas to a vehicle, these must be included. Also, great for draining the water from an ice chest that is too heavy (such as yetis) or one without a slicker to allow it to drain. This is the greatest thing ever.

Can you tell me what diameter this hose is? How do I determine the ID and the OID?

Outside diameter is 5/8 inches and the inside diameter is 1/2 inch

Would you mind telling me if it is a 3/4" ?

In mine, I use a 1/2 check valve and a 1/2 hose.

What a waste of time! The good news is that's the case

Simple to use This is an easy way to make sure my boat isn't leaking gas! The fact that I have lived this long without this little hose is mind-boggling! It was difficult for me to fill a new boat because the fill cap was in a strange place. I had a constant problem holding multiple 5 gallon cans at an angle without spilling them or inserting them wrong to cause air pockets to blow back. By slipping the hose forward, I am able to reach the bottom of my gas can with this syphon. I simply place the can on the swim platform and slide the hose as far down my boat's tank as I "Jiggling" seems to work a few seconds later, and gas begins to flow! To make sure that every drop is drained, I tilt my cans in one corner when they near their fullness. People who claim that it takes more than ten seconds to get the syphon to work are not doing it correctly. To create a syphon, you must get the gas flow without air Syphons will not be able to take effect if you stop too short. Your gas gauge on the filling tank should show you how much gas remains. As long as gravity is applying, there will be no auto-stop.

The interface is straightforward and easy We loved using this in order to fill up vehicles and generators with fuel from an old tank with *Br>*Br>I ordered several of these to use for viscous fluid, and the ones with 3/4 hoses worked better but didn't fit in the necks of the bottles I used

With this type of liquid, it was hard to get it started or primed. It is understandable that they come rolled up and have to be straightened out in a sunny spot or warm spot. In spite of being straight for a few weeks, the tubing is a little stiff, so it can sometimes be difficult to use it.

It could be good or bad to have a really long hose

It would be much better to do it this way rather than doing it old school. In order to create a siphon, pump the hose constantly up and down. The suction lost after about a minute my first time using it. The pump must be pumped again in order for it to start up again. Fuel cans are used for diesel that is transferred from tractor tankers to fuel cans. Observe that you do not siphon water from the bottom of the tank, as there is a lot of garbage.

The quality of the item is excellent. Once you start pumping by suction, it takes a little while to get it started. Be sure that your level is high enough of what you want to work, since it doesn't really work well if your level is just.

I found a way to make it work! MY POLARIS BED IS DRESSED IN A GAS CAN AND THERE IS A SIPHON HOSE ON THE KICK HOSE TO SIPHON THE GAS OUT

With my pontoon boat I have a fill cap that is on the side and very difficult to reach It is possible to put the can on the deck and siphon it into the filler using the siphon. This is an easy and fast process.
