Six feet of cord are included in the package.
According to what I can tell, the V45 uses a V4 which all Actron timing lights can use. The plug wires are not confirmed to be routed as we could not tell. However, we believe that the clamp will connect properly given enough wire length on the plug wire. For more information, please refer to the factory shop manual.
Timing lights like the CPT7529 do not have a tachometer integrated, but the CP7529 does. Your question is much appreciated.
A pointer or arrow cannot be seen on the pickup of the unit I have. It works well, but to be honest, I haven't used it much. My mechanical skills are limited to the work I do on my old cars only.
