This type of banana plug is suitable for female ends, and is made to fit the standard "Banana Plugs.". Additionally, I have used them with an alligator clip from another meter and that worked as well. Take a close look at the images on the Amazon listing, and you'll see what I mean. Alternatively, you can screw these onto the wires of the circuit you would like to test. You may then hold one of them and the pointed end of your probe at the same time. I wish you the best of luck

It arrived in good order and in good condition This is exactly what I expected at a good price. I have not used them yet but they are handy to have on hand. I specifically chose them due to the fact that they are manual operated as some wire insulation is hard to penetrate with spring-loaded probes so I kept it simple. I am not trying to look impressive, just looking for some simple piercing probes that are sturdy and convenient I will do the job for a fair price and I'm available In my opinion, these fit the bill. Having packaged products that sell well and that sell well The order was shipped promptly, so I appreciate that.
This is what I have been searching for a long time as they are proven and useable. I know 'modern techs' scoff at test lights as primitive and or archaic methods of troubleshooting, but at the end of the day, they provide a quick method that can reduce diagnostic time and headaches. I like the unit a lot (especially for the price) and it is a welcome addition to my field gear. What are the benefits of it over That is certainly not the case. In the same breath, we must consider that they are completely different tools as well, not even in the same ballpark price-wise for their use as basic testers. There is only one thing I wish this unit had (similar to snap on and higher end units), a positive and negative base clamp function. A positive post can be clamped to the back of heavy equipment (AC systems come to mind) to see if it can deliver a ground signal to the ECU. One thing that is very nice about basic bulb style test lights is that it does not cause major problems.
I needed one easy mod to complete the game. The pins on these are sharp, which easily penetrated the wires on my retro car's wiring harness when they arrived. Making contact with them was a breeze, and that made tracing easier for me. Only drawback for me was the small size of the 2mm probes on my meter, which could easily be solved by using 4mm banana pins with the Piercing probes and using the meter's alligator clips to create.
I found that the nook in which the wire fits into relates well to the accuracy of piercing it with the pin. In my opinion, spring loaded penetrating leads are not that great. It is easy to use. I use these on a daily basis as an autotechnician. They are a relatively safe choice for thick gauge wiring like ignition wire, but you do need to be cautious. There is so much force applied to the wires in the plastic nook that they can crack it. Make sure you don't screw them in too much and it won't be too big of a problem.
Quick shipping and the products I needed were delivered in good condition.
money, they work great, but depending on how much you use them daily, I think they may not last long.
Exactly what I needed.
