This is not a Several Fluke multimeters have a fuse that goes into the current measurement circuit. Alternatively, fuses were available at a lower price. In addition, I chose this source because I had no certainty that the cheaper fuses would not be counterfeit, especially since Asian fuses are usually not reliable. Mexico is the country where genuine fuses are made.
Fluke meters are equipped with these fuses so that they can be used directly in place of them. We are all dead in the water if we blow one, so we always have extras on hand. In addition, I used the ammeter function in my truck to determine the source of a parasitic battery drain.
The fuses I bought for my Fluke Multimeter appear to be the same as those originally installed in the device by the manufacturer. The fuses are high quality so that you and the meter are protected.
Replace the oem fuse with this replacement. When Dvom is correctly configured, it works.
Getting Factory fuses at a great price is a great alternative to buying them from an electrical supply store.
I blew a fuse when I tried to check voltage while I had the current setting on on my Fluke meter. I did it!.
