Using this tool, I was able to troubleshoot codes from multiple OBD2 systems on I bought it for my wife's 2014 Hyundai Sonata because the price was right and the features were perfect. There is a clearly arranged menu, with backlit text so that you can see it even in direct sunlight. The green screen is extremely easy to read indoors and outdoors. Besides live data monitoring, the system also has a built-in clock to display the time and date. The only buttons you need to push make it very intuitive for anyone I think the built-in database for OBD code lookups is a really nice feature. The option to enter a code and get a full description is right in the menu, so it has already proved useful on several occasions. It's really great to have it and at such a great price. I feel that it's a must have for any woman who knows about cars and engines. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in cars or engines. This code reader was specifically bought for my Mercury Grand Marquis limited edition 2005, in order to diagnose some issues that I thought were occurring, and to distinguish between the battery and the alternator I didn't want to just replace both of them when the fault lights began flashing. It gives me more confidence about the vehicle I'm driving now. I feel like you won't have to take me to the cleaners on any further diagnosis, or I won't have to pay anything unnecessary.
