A great product with a simple user-friendly design. The item arrived with an instruction manual (which included codes and descriptions) in a ziplock bag. A plastic bag would be like that. Having looked used before, it had the appearance of being used once Because it functioned exactly as it was supposed to and was in great shape, that did not matter. It takes only a few minutes to complete the diagnostics if you follow the very simple instructions. Then, with the code and description I got from the device (and the manual), I simply googled the make, model, and year of my car.
