In my case, I still have a 4260, and it catches missed fires even with us being more updated and with its newer features.

In the description, it is mentioned that it connects with an app on your iPhone via Bluetooth. The app on my iPhone as well as theirs does not show it. A week ago, I got in touch with their support. There has been no evidence to support the hype they put in their Amazon description. In nearly all of their statements, they do not stand by them. In the case of scanning operations, for the "basic" ones, it almost works. However, I had to pay for all the other stuff as well. It would be nice if I had the chance to return it.
It's a really nice scanner, isn't it? I found it to work well with both my 2006 Honda Accord and 2016 Toyota There will not be a lot in the way of features (are there any?). The transmission and airbag operate in bi-directional mode The directional support is poor. However, as far as engine codes are concerned, it works well. Having said that, I do have some comments regarding the device update. I am a Mac person. It occurs to me that engine tools are generally supported by Windows software so I have an old Win 7 laptop in the garage. It was convenient to have Mac software available with this scanner. After I get the scanner, the first thing I want to do is to Once I have downloaded the Mac software, I attach the scanner, and it begins to work right away. While the update is taking place, there is a progress bar to let you know how it's doing. In the bar on the right, there was a crowd of people and they just stayed there for 10 minutes, 20, and 45 minutes. What the heck. I unplugged everything, reinstalled everything, and then tried it It's the same. The update appeared to have gotten stuck during the process. A bricked scanner occupied all of the space on the desk. It started updating right away, but the progress bar was much more informative. It appears to fully reprogram the device, so give it at least 30 minutes. I'm not sure if there was software for the Mac, It isn't very convincing to me, so I don't have too much confidence I had no problem with the Windows software.
Humans who own transportation such as automobiles in today's world need a diagnostic. You don't have to be an expert to use this.
