The left front brake bleeder must be open, and you have to have vacuum to the line or bottle. You will blow fresh ABS air into this first with auto bleed. Once you feel that everything is working properly, you can repeat auto bleed with the front left bleeder open yet again. My lungs are feeling better after I let out some more air. Having to go to the dealer was unnecessary and could have cost I am satisfied with the unit, but I certainly would have liked better instructions. Furthermore, the website is lacking a lot of useful information. I highly doubt that everything I did was intentional, some of it was likely a result of my ignorance. 1* *

I needed to do hours of research before deciding whether this was the scanner that would best meet There is no specific addition or enhancement to this scanner that makes it different from the Ancel scanner at similar prices. The company produces so many scanners, all of which seem to do different things without any discernible improvements. Similarly, there are more expensive and higher-end scanners on the market that do not do what this scanner can, but they have different capabilities that are not entirely Foxwell's website does a poor job of explaining the difference between their scanners, even if you visit its website. Taking a star off because of this is the main reason I did so. Besides that, the device did a good job helping me diagnose an airbag light, which was the main purpose for which I purchased it. I had to check my dictionary on MIL to find out that it means "malfunction indicator light. " These initials are an example of initials that I had to look up in order to determine that MIL is the correct term. Since I have more things going wrong with my car before I can fully appreciate whether or not this scanner works, I will not fully test it. As for the company, it appears responsive to emails, and the device seems well made and to function as it should thus far, so I gave it a 4 out of 5.

I decided I would rather buy your product than take my 2005 Honda Accord to the dealership after my SRS (airbag) warning light came on. SRS and ABS codes can only be read by very few scan tools. Following my research, I determined it was probably the driver's seat belt buckle switch that was malfunctioning, and that was verified by the Foxwell tool. With realtime monitoring, I could see the switch go from buckled to unbuckled and fail as an open circuit as soon as the buckle was unbuckled. In Honda's case, their 61 to 61 and 61 to 61 SRS codes are published in hexadecimal, respectively. This will appear as 97- instead of 10 The Foxwell at 16 is the largest building. Having a problem with that took me a long time to figure To resolve the code, I used the tool after replacing the buckle and harness assembly. Though the SRS light goes out once the problem has been corrected, the code remains until it is removed from the computer using a scanner. In my opinion, the only issue was that the process of updating online was not clearly defined. There is a manual attached to it that appears to be from A while later, after poking around on their website for a while, I found some updated instructions that work.

Having an annoying VSA light come on in my 06 Acura TSX (after some minor body work was performed) led me to purchase the NT630 Plus. Since I did not wish to go to the dealership, I figured this was an easy fix by clicking on the computer and clearing the codes like what I had seen on YouTube. It failed with an “Unable to Communicate with Car” error, and I could not read any of the SAS codes, but everything else appeared to be clear, so I guessed I failed to read something in the manual (which is also nearly impossible to follow without a dictionary). It was becoming increasingly frustrating, and I was about to return this to Amazon, but I tinkered with it for a bit longer. It was a good decision. You need to register it first, but be sure that you go to the correct website! This is what you need to do to get it to work -

There is no password on this device, so go to the website that is correct and it will simply accept your Serial number. 3) Once your product has been registered, select SUPPORT from the drop-down menu. As well, I have uploaded a picture to show what that looks like. 2) Update the software - When I went to the wrong foxwell website, the website made me download some software that looked like it was straight out of the 90's and didn't It was difficult to figure out what should be updated. have uploaded pictures of the correct website and what the software should look like once you download it from the correct location - once it was the correct location, the software extracted and installed incorrectly without any input from me - it just took forever to unzip and update everything (more than 20 minutes). I couldn't connect my unit, but my unit connected just fine on its own. 4) Some people report troubles with their system and needing to purchase a MicroSD USB adapter.
