My experience was about what I expected for the price. They should include a wiring diagram since it can be a tricky issue to understand and can vary depending on the voltage supply on hand.

There were two times when the lights failed

Every single one of the lights I returned was broken, so I returned it, and it came broken again. The electrical cable has to be run from the wall to the thermostat. Also, you can't plug these into outlets, you need.

Before the parts leave the factory, they need to go through quality control

The fact that 2 of the lights did not function when I opened the box is disappointing. The parts were replaced by Mophorn 3 weeks later after talking to them. Upon ordering, the parts were delivered when they were supposed to.

No instructions were provided, and there was no way to power it up It's a cheap item, but there are no instructions as to how to assemble it, or as to how or what to use for a power source for this to work
