Within a few minutes after a few minutes of warming up, it heats the parts up quite effectively. In 15 minutes, I can cure a clear coat on bumpers. I can then wet sand and polish the bumper after it has cured. This is the third one I've bought and I'm satisfied with it.
Could you please clarify what "it" is, and what coupling you are referring to on this machine
I personally have not done this, but I know others have. Sensors need to be adjusted to the correct distance and monitoring of the surface temperature is necessary.

As of now, it will not turn on at all. There was never an answer to my calls to the customer service department, and I left messages but did not receive a call back. The quality of this product and the customer service provided by this company dissatisfies me greatly.
Every type of ceramic paint is coated with it. Its quality shows that it was made in the USA. This is the coating we use on all of our ceramic paints.
Lights used to turn on right away in the old days. He died near the end of almost a decade of hard work. Unlike the old ones that take about 3 minutes to get up to temperature, the new ones take about 5 minutes. However, I personally find it annoying. It is true that they work.

Everything seems to work fine with the lamp. You will need to be patient with this item if you are trying to cure powder coating on a large object. I coated my JOBOX, and it has taken about a week to cure, leaving the lamp a couple of hours at a time. It is a good item if you're pressed for time, but if you are pressed for time, get a more powerful lamp, or at least 2 of them.
