Product Description

Notchers produce precise joints, resulting in better welds and stronger cages.

The economy steel notcher takes stock up to 2" in diameter and aligns and centers tubing automatically.

Use in a drill press or with a hand drill to get the job done. Notchers can be set to a 45-degree angle.

What is the maximum diameter of tubing that the tool can handle? Is there a limit of 2" that it can reach?

Tubing with an outside diameter of up to two inches is available.

I'm looking for a replacement arbor that will hold the shank. What's the best way for me to place an order for that?

As for the Milwaukee hole saws, I found that after they were purchased they do away with the needs to plug an adapter supplied with the tool I keep telling users all the time how difficult and time-consuming it is to make one the way they should

Although the first pipe I drilled a collet stripped and required welding, I like the price and it was worth it.

It's a great rig, just make sure you get good hole saws

For the past six months, I've been using this for roll cages, primarily 1. 5in . Dom tubing with a thickness of 095 wall thickness that works perfectly. The hole saws you buy are the weak point in this product. Ace Hardware brand saws have proven to be the best choice for me.

On the fourth tube, the hole arbor broke

It appears to be fantastic. Steel is used extensively. The hole arbor, on the other hand, quickly broke. I proceeded to weld the hole saw to the broken arbor. OMG! This machine is a monster!.

Excellent, but you should invest in a better arbor adaptor

It performed admirably and provided excellent value. I had to weld the arbor adaptor to the bit because it had stripped. I'd suggest investing in a higher-quality adaptor. Apart from that, everything went smoothly.
