This material can be used to form plastic thermally? The shop compressor I have is large, and I'm hoping to build my own vacuum forming table using it. ?

The one I have for my car is pretty good for the I do not see why it could not Whenever I get a chance to set up a table, I will try it.

What is the simplest way to connect this to your car's AC system, or do you have to purchase a second fitting?

There is no charging hose for the AC manifold, it hooks up to the charging hose of the A/C system

Is it possible to put this ?

It's sort of like that. A room or a house can't be installed with it because it does not draw a strong enough vacuum. I think it would be OK for an air conditioner in a vehicle.

The little vacuum pump is great

I was able to fix the vacuum pump with this little device. This is a great product to use occasionally. During my last two vehicle service visits, I used it to pull a vacuum. As a result of my travels, I was able to Lie down for 45 minutes at 28 and hold that position. The compressor I use has 5 horsepower and a 20 gallon capacity. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend it.

Suction is working at full capacity! needed to pull a vacuum in a vehicle's air conditioning system, and this unit met my needs

You simply connect that unit to your air compressor and turn it on, it takes only a few minutes to pull a full vacuum, and it provides you with the ability to fill your ac.

I love how it works

I really like how this pump works. The same one served me for two years, and I used it almost every day in the summertime. This was the only time I had to replace it since I dropped it from my service truck and broke the feed tube.
