It is equipped with both connectors.
They cost around $2 and can be found in auto parts stores.
I had the same issue (I believe), with a vague question. These gauges are for both R- and S-type vehicles. R12 and R134a are two of the most common types of refrigerants. The yellow hose you use to connect to the tap on your R134a freon can won't work. It's an R12 size, and after four stops, I found an R12 to R134a adaptor fitting at NAPA. Around ten dollars. I hope this information is useful. Other fittings are included with the gauges, but we found them to be ineffective. The gauges, on the other hand, appeal to me.

For my first mini split AC condenser installation, I used this vacuum pump to create a vacuum. I'm thinking of getting a digital meter for my next installment so I can get a more precise ppm count. I'll continue to use this pump because it's still a good deal. I might also use it to install a new air conditioning system in my car, which is what this kit is primarily designed for. Remember to get the connection adapter if you buy a mini split. This kit does not include the mini-adapter that is commonly used. splits. Standard air tool connectors appear to be compatible with the adapters provided. I was able to connect my air compressor to them in order to conduct a pressure test.
This kit does not include a valve for the can. It ought to be for the cost. Very let down. Overall, if the valve was included, this would be a good kit.
In January, I reached the end of my return window. If you order one, you should test it as soon as possible.
I filled the vacuum pump with the correct amount of oil, as indicated by the sight glass, connected it to my jag, and drew a vacuum for 20 minutes, seeing smoke from the wires and a motor that was too hot to touch. I have not been able to return it because I have waited far too long, now over a month. It's not big enough for a boat anchor, but how about a big door stop? I could have made a video, but I didn't want to start a fire because the smell and breathing of burning insulation isn't good for your health.
Because the crossbar in the hoses is too far back to connect with the pin of a Schrader valve, pulling a vacuum from any system with Schrader valves is impossible. When pulling a vacuum, the low pressure gauge is difficult to read.
There are no leaks on the apparatus or gauges, and the unit is of high quality. It's convenient to have a case to keep everything organized and clean.
Apart from the directions being pathetic and incorrect in stating which side was high pressure and which was low for recharging the AC, it works perfectly and feels like a much more expensive pump.
Everything is in good order. However, they do not include instructions on how to get antifreeze into the vehicles. To get something to work, I had to go to the H Vac Whole Sale. It appears that the industry does not wish for people to use them.
