The product is excellent and performs exactly as it should. The sale description is dubious and slightly misleading. A four-port gauge necessitates four hoses, but you only get three. When I asked why, they didn't have an answer. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that they only sent new hoses with the gauge and not the entire set. So a bargain isn't a bargain if you have to spend more money to finish the transaction.

A mini split a/c will not work with micron gauge

This gauge set was purchased for the installation of two mini split air conditioners. I couldn't get the micron gauge to work because the Mini split didn't have a high side port that I could connect to, and the Fieldpiece didn't realize I was trying to evacuate the system, so it didn't turn on the micron gauge. I tried running the gauge set manifold high side hose back blank high side and turning out the high side valve, lowside, and vacuum knobs to get the fieldpiece gauge set to turn on the micron gauge, but it didn't work.

It was well worth the money

Excellent purchase. Many thanks to the HVAC professionals! I received the correct product a few days ahead of schedule; That was absolutely fantastic. I had to wait for the gauges because they arrived before the hoses, but it was well worth the wait. There were no hiccups, so I moved on to the flex psychrometer. Continue to do a fantastic job.

From the beginning, there was a leak

I contacted the seller, but received no response. Except for one minor flaw, the product performs admirably. A leak in the hose was discovered, and the seller was contacted, but no response was received. Before being sent out, quality products should be tested, and all of their components should meet the same standards.
