There is a good chance that it You connect it via a hose to a standard airgap. I see the same shape and size connectors on all of the air gaps at the big box stores, so I presume the size is standard.
The question is unclear. It's not the hose that's too long
Looks like chrome but is made of plastic

It's important to note that depending on the thickness of the counter/cabinets below (I have a 3/4 inch wide board with a Silestone countertop), the threads can be rather short. My threads have just a couple of turns. Additionally, the metal cap on top of the counter is not secured to keep it in place if you remove it. In order to hold it in place, a metal cap is threaded on. Hence, if you need to remove it to clean out debris, it will end up pushed down below the counters. In addition, the plastic cap inside that deflects the water back down is extremely difficult to remove if you need to open it up to clean it. You may not have to clean your computer regularly, but it is an occasional chore. Unless you are designing it in such a way that it is very difficult, it would not be practical.
I found it a lot stronger than what Home Depot sells and was able to put it up with no problem. Neither of these are a problem for me. 1) The white top inside the garbage disposal is attached with tabs instead of screws, so it's hard for me to remove it if I need to open it and clear buildup from the I had to buy a new garbage disposal hose since it is a little shorter than the one I replaced (and Lowes suggested I use a washing machine hose because both Home Depot and Lowes were out), so I had to buy a new garbage disposal hose. The good times are here to stay! It was important to me to get one with the inside plastic cap that screws on and off but it was not mentioned in the description, and no mention was made of it in.
A plumber who did some work in my kitchen told me I did not need an air gap when installing a new dishwasher. The air gap he took out and trashed was damaged. I did not have an air gap anymore and my glasses were cloudy now. Besides installing an air gap between the dishwasher and the DW drain into the sink, another plumber told me to upgrade the DW drain as well. It worked for me. It's amazing how much difference there is. Although I do not know why it worked, I am unconcerned about why it happened. A plumber I used to know was removed from my phonebook by me.
The old dishwasher vent on my kitchen sink was corroded, so I replaced it while replacing the I installed this vent so easily and it looks great. However, when draining, it is quite noisy. When I first installed my Bosch dishwasher, I couldn't tell whether it was running until I noticed the red light on the floor. The main vent can be heard 50 feet away from the TV when it is My previous laptop was old, and I didn't think about it when replacing it.
I find its appearance to be aesthetically pleasing, and it was easy to install. However, even with the smallest, least-bent pipe connecting it to the drain, it will sometimes fail to process the water and it will let water out even when there is no obstruction. Upon reading more comments it seems that it is more likely to happen to people like me who have recently had- A dishwasher with a powerful pump was produced. It is not a product I would purchase.
First of all, thank you for letting me know It was just for my own knowledge and education that I YouTubed how to install. I was able to install it very easily! Considering the old one was about 39 years old, you can guess that we were ready for a replacement since the water from the dishwasher was pouring out of the vent (which is not supposed to happen). It is very easy and fast to install.
The faucets I bought go with these. It takes two sinks to do one job For the dishwasher and for the RO faucet, there will be two. We had to remodel the whole bathroom because of the RO faucet This was the reason we bought it, as it was so cute, and we had to change everything else. I really like the look of the whole thing!.
It was harder to find a unit as robust as that from Home Depot. Clearly HD's cheap plastic unit can't hold up to the ridiculously ridged garbage disposal hose. It's a disgrace that HD sells a low-grade product that is cheap, breakable, and doesn't last. Since there was no other alternative, I am glad that the Amazon unit worked as it was supposed to.
