There is a pump on the shower head. This summer I used it immediately after installation, and I was very happy with the results. The quality is much better than the factory stainless, but it still isn't high end. For the price, this is a good buy.

A couple of weeks ago I hand-tightened these fittings, and the hose is still working fine. It tested fine, but when I took the RV for a spin this past weekend I discovered that the fitting surrounding the pipe (the end opposite the handheld shower) had cracked into multiple pieces and the hose was hanging loose. My opinion is that the product is not worth buying. The Camco hose that I never had a chance to use will be replaced with another brand from local stores.
In our motorhome, we purchased this shower hose to replace one that was cumbersome and unruly. It's great to have this hose! The alternative is highly flexible and was a perfect It is no longer necessary to wrestle with the shower hose to get the shower head in position.
In my opinion, it is a fairly good hose for that price. Unlike the original hose, this product is more flexible and longer. I was impressed with the speed of shipping. It was quoted 3 days faster than it actually was.
I use it to take a shower outside my RV. Instead of the original being quite stiff, this one is much more flexible and slides in and out with no effort at all.
The bad reviews (from several years ago) made me hesitate, but I ultimately purchased it. This one is lovely to hold, but the metal exterior prevents it from kinking (which was one of my priorities). This is what we use in our utility sink in the basement. The system works just fine, and I will buy this one again if I need another one in the future. On Amazon I purchased a hose that cost almost twice as much as the one I purchased (here), and it was extremely poor Here's a great deal with twice the quality for half the price. Let me look at my calculator and see if that is.
