I believe I ordered mine with the frosted lens, but I'm not sure if I had a choice.
8 1/4 inches in length, 5 1/4 inches in width, and 1 1/2 inches in height.
That's something I'm not sure how to respond to. Mine arrived in two shipments, each with three lights, followed by two more shipments a few days later.
Hello, they'll be there in a few weeks. Thank you. br>br>

In my truck camper, I used these to replace all of the fixtures. These bulbs produce a lot of light while using less electricity than incandescent bulbs in older fixtures. Even the screw holes in the old fixtures matched up perfectly. It's a good idea to take a close look at the wiring connections pictured on the back of each fixture. If your camper is like mine, the camper is black with a white neutral, and the light fixture is red with a black neutral. As a result, the wiring from the light fixture to the camper is red. The white neutral of the camper is wired into the fixture's black neutral. If you hook black to neutral black, they will not work.
br>br>Be aware that they are quite large, so pay attention to the dimensions listed in the description. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Finally, I mounted them to a freshly constructed pop-up. up camper roof, and they look and work fantastically. My only complaint is that the switch mechanisms are a little finicky at times, requiring you to find the "sweet spot. " Aside from that, it's a great product that's bright and easy to use.
The good: br>br>Sturdy lens with screws included. Wire caps are included, the switch operates smoothly, and the output color is ideal for an RV. The disadvantages: br>br> br>br>Everything else, literally everything. The lamps get extremely hot, almost to the point of being as hot as an 1156. Your fingers will warm up if you hold your hand three inches away from the light. This is not a joke. br>br>The clear lens was designed for an incandescent, which would be fine if used with an 1156 LED with 360-degree light spread, but when used with a down firing array, the lens distorts the light and leaves dark areas in-between. in the middle of a row of jagged circular hotspot patterns Because the lens is so bad, removing it and leaving it off improves the light pattern and makes it usable! br>br>If you're planning on using these lights in your rig for any length of time, reconsider. br>br>If you need a cheap set of lights to freshen up the inside of your rig so you can sell it, and you want to say "plus we just installed all new LED ceiling lights!" ", then these are the warning lights for your wallet, as well as the next owner you'll have to deal with. br>br>2 stars, one at a reasonable cost One for the color of light output, and another for the seller.
This light is bright and white, even brighter than regular bulbs. Because I couldn't stand the contrast of new and old lights, I ended up buying ten more and covering the entire camper. But I'm glad I did because it brightened up the camper and cut down on electricity usage. In addition, I discovered that the factory units were extremely hot. I'm not sure how I managed to avoid having a fire in the past, and I'll never own another one without LED. One of the units I received was defective; the switch was inoperable, but it was already installed, and it happened to go into the bathroom, which already had a wall switch, so I soldered it out. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of this.
I was a little hesitant to purchase this five-pack of LED fixtures. It wasn't so much that they were expensive as it was that they were so inexpensive. I bought these to run off of a couple of deep cell batteries powered by a small solar panel in a small shed that had no power. br>br>I live in an older RV with bulb fixtures; I've replaced the majority of the bulbs with LED bulbs, but not all of them due to the high cost of LED bulbs. Anyway, I ordered two packs by mistake, which resulted in a total of ten fixtures. I decided to replace the ones in the RV because I didn't need ten of them for the shed. Now, in my experience, a single LED bulb can cost as much as $20 and still leave something to be desired. br>br>When I first installed the fixtures, I was taken aback by how bright they were. Amazing is all I have to say. Not only are they bright, but they're not blindingly bright. This is because the lens covers are designed in such a way that the light is separated or spread out in a defused manner. In fact, it's a lot of fun to look at them. br>br>The installation was relatively simple; all necessary screws and other items were included in each package. br>br>The two photographs were taken on a sunny day, but even on a sunny day, the room appeared dim with all of the old lights turned on or off. To see into the cupboards, I'd need a flashlight. That is no longer the case. These are fantastic, as I previously stated, and you can't go wrong with them at such a low price! A single fixture at an RV store can cost as much as all five of these. If you need or want to upgrade your lights, go to them.
I gave these lights 5 stars because of their overall value and ease of installation. It took me about 30 minutes to replace four of them, with one left over. We only needed four of them, but they came in a five-pack. We chose the clear lense, which emits bright light and is excellent. My only quibble is with the lines in the clear lenses (covers), which I believe are the source of the frayed light beams casting yellow streaks, making a white plate appear to have something on it. a few light streaks It took some time for me to adjust to the streaks. They don't bother me, but if you're bothered by such things, the white lense covers might be worth a try. Overall, we're pleased with the lighting.
These lights are simple to set up and produce a lot of light while drawing very little power from your batteries. We use these on a daily basis, and our house battery has nearly no power loss after a week. I'll leave one on overnight when the RV gets back home to see how much electricity it uses, just in case one gets left on. These are a little bigger than the lights I replaced, so they covered the old holes. Just thought I'd mention it because there may be a few instances where they won't fit, but that depends on your RV and the location of the light. These are something I'd buy again.
