I used a light meter to compare the brightness of my old florescent lights to that of these LEDs, and the LEDs are three times brighter. br>An amp meter was also used. The old florescent light fixtures had two bulbs in them. These had a 6 amp draw. 4 The use of incandescent lighting was even higher. This is a significant power draw difference. I can now run all five of these at the same time while still using less power than one of the older ones. The brightness is fantastic as well. Even half of these are brighter than my old ones when they are turned on. I'm overjoyed with this upgrade, and replacing them is a breeze because they're slightly smaller than the ones they replaced. In about a half-hour, I completed all five. If your RV has incandescent or florescent bulbs, replace them!.

I inquired about the type of leds in question. br>The response was 5050, and as shown in the image, they sent 2835 leds. That isn't a bad thing in and of itself. They simply have no idea what they're trying to sell. They are bright, much brighter than the old incandescent bulbs, as one would expect. When you switch to one side for light, it doesn't appear that you can choose which side lights up. RFI was mentioned by one of the reviewers as an issue with their HAM setup. While I haven't tried my HAM radio in the camper with these lights, I do have an FM stereo, and with these lights on, radio reception is completely destroyed. These are unlikely to be approved by the FCC. Now I have to figure out how to protect them. These were given four stars in my original review because they are bright and use less energy, but they have now been reduced to two stars due to unacceptable RFI (radio frequency interference). br>These are cheap, the plastic feels cheap, and the RFI is cheap. I honestly do not believe they are worth the asking price because I will need to add ferrite cores to reduce RFI. br>Recent changes: I added 43 ferrite toroids to three of the lights, and it fixed the problem on three of them; two of them I couldn't fix with the ferrites; maybe more experimenting will fix it, but I can't recommend these lights to anyone at this time. The hunt is still going on.

Until these lights were installed, I had no idea how bad the lighting in my travel trailer was. These items are fantastic! I also like that depending on how much light you need, you can turn them down to only one side on or both sides on. We'll see how long they last, but for now, they're fantastic! I'm going to replace the rest of them with these.

The light fixtures in my camper were originally incandescent 12 volt, and these new lights are incredible, with one fixture shining brighter than the rest. They are only pulling a small load. To avoid flickering, they have a built-in capacitor. I like having the option of turning one light on, one light off, or both lights on at the fixture. There are ten lights inside my camper and ten lights under the floor. In due time, I will undoubtedly replace the ones below.

I've tried other push-in/twist incandescent replacements and have been disappointed with the brightness and color. This is fantastic! br>br>The switch isn't like the ones I'm used to. I'm used to both lights being turned off when the switch is on one side, one light being turned on when the switch is in the middle, and both lights being turned on when the switch is on the far side. Both lights are turned off in the middle position, one light is turned on, and both lights are turned on in the other.

in terms of quality The quality is commensurate with the price, and the bag is extremely light. Because I had three wires to connect in some places, the wire nuts included were too small. The Natural Light LED bulbs are bright and would have been fine if there were only two wires to connect, but I used the old wire nuts. clear. not a shade of yellow Because I have a small camper and my ceilings are only 6' 2" high, the clear covers cause a glare from the bulbs, which I like. It wouldn't be so bad if the ceilings were higher, but I'm thinking of returning these and replacing them with ones that have a frosted cover to help diffuse some of the bulb glare (even if that means less light). Each fixture came with only four screws, despite the fact that the fixtures have eight screw holes. However, I used the screws from my previous fixtures once again. It's also possible to get away with just the four screws. The screw hole pattern on the new fixtures is different from the old ones. I now understand that replacing just the LED bulbs may not be possible, so these appear to be disposable, but for the price paid, I suppose that's OK because new bulbs would cost roughly the same as a new fixture, huh?.

The lights have a simple switch that is far superior to my old sticky switches, and the light is quite bright. The stark white and bright light, on the other hand, overwhelmed our living/dining and bedroom areas. I assigned a score of three. Inside the lens, I used a 1/2"x4" piece of baking parchment to provide a soft light for those areas. The baking parchment should, in my opinion, last a long time before yellowing. br>br>I also connected a regular 9vdc battery to one for "emergency" use if we lose 12 volt power or for use under the hood and such.

Because there is no polarity on the input wires, these lights are very easy to install. Because the fixture's body isn't completely rigid, it will have some flexibility as it conforms to the mounting surface. The three-position switch is one of my favorites because it allows me to control the amount of light that comes on. The majority of my trailer lights are being replaced. Incandescent automobile bulbs were used in the original fixtures. They were a dull yellow color with a dim light. My battery was also quickly depleted by them. The light is a bright, sunny yellow, not the dim yellow of a car dome. These are something I'd buy again.
