Will this rim fit on a 2010 Frieght liner diesel pusher chassis?

That depends on which freightliner chassis you have. I googled the original part number of the steel wheel on my coach (40387 accuride) to make sure the wheel size, width, and offset were compatible, as well as the lug pattern and spacing, hub hole size, and the fact that the wheels are hub centric rather than lug centric, (I worked in the tire wheel industry for years) these wheels should be compatible with most 10 lug freightliners, I would confirm the specs, they were worth doing,

Are these suitable for a Columbia 06 Freghtliner?

Is this compatible with a 1 1/2 bolt 96 International?

For the money, these are excellent wheels. I've been running them for about a year on the third axle of a triaxle dumptruck that grosses over $80,000. There were no issues at all.
