Bolt-On Mount with Backer Plate and 1/2in Shackle - Includes All Installation Hardware

Welded Pad Eye on a 1/4" Thick 4. 25" x 3. Steel Plate Dimensions: 25"

For weather protection, the mount is zinc chromate plated.

Accepts 1/2in Shackle for securing your own strap or chain

Every mount comes with 1/2" x 1-1/2" Grade 8 Galvanized Bolts and Washers, as well as a Nylon Lock Nut.

Is there a limit to the amount of work that can be done?

4.700 lbs is the maximum working load.

Is it true that the hook plates are included with the shackle plates, as shown?

They'll come with a 1/2-inch shackle and a Pad Eye mount with backer plate. This setup does not include a hook mount.

Is it possible for me to use these as a winch point?

If it's bolted to something solid, I suppose you could do it.

What is the distance between the mounting plate's holes?

The holes are 25" apart in the middle.

The job is done with bolt-on clevis mounts

I mounted these on the bucket of my JD tractor loader and used tow straps connected to these clevis mounts to successfully remove large bushes. The initial package delivered was missing backing plates and one of the clevis mounts was bent, so it received a one-star rating. Using Amazon's website, I notified the product's vendor - Within a day, they responded and sent replacement clevis mounts and backing plates.

This is no joke! It is of excellent quality, super heavy duty, and has a working limit of around 4300lbs. It's way too much for my application, but I'll never be able to use it to its full potential. This, combined with chain binders, allows me to level my mower deck from left to right with pinpoint accuracy. This will undoubtedly outlast the deck, which weighs only 475 pounds.

I installed them on my sub compact tractor's loader bucket and have used it to lift stumps and other debris. Except for drilling through the bucket's hard metal, this is a simple installation.

So far, everything has gone well. What a difference having the chain point makes. I wouldn't use them in a bucket with two walls.

As a result, I purchased a pair of these. What I liked best was putting the Titan chain hook on top and using this clevis as a backer plate. It looks and performs admirably.
