Safety chain hooks are difficult to fit into many of the newer trucks. These fit perfectly on my 2018 Sierra 3500 and are simple to adapt to different trailer setups; they're also reasonably priced and plenty strong for my needs.

It hooks! Solid! If you plan on frequently removing the hook from a link or chain, you should replace the cotter key pin with a suitable nut bolt or clip pin holder

These were purchased to replace the hooks that came with my 16' Triple Crown trailer and did not fit the points in my 2500's hitch. These were easy to install and fit perfectly in my hitch thanks to their pin. Strongly suggested.

They're great hooks, and you can't beat the price or the two-day shipping. I used them to pull out an engine, but they'll be used on a pull chain for trees and brush after that.
