I discovered that the sidewalk front light was also burned out after figuring out which indoor switch operated it and turning it on. When the tabs that held the old cover in place crumbled off the edge of it, I removed it to replace the bulb. At this point, I knew I needed to replace this cover (along with an identical porch light cover near the door). I temporarily reversed the cover and wedged it into place to have a working front sidewalk light until a new cover arrives. I used a 12v LED from the inside and reversed the cover to make sure the electricity to the light works. br>br>I saw this product because it was mentioned (in another customer's review) that it would fit his 1950 Winnebago perfectly. For decades, I assumed that the fixtures and covers on RV exterior lights were the same. If a cover fits a 1950 Winnebago, it should fit a Fleetwood Wilderness from 1991. br>br>As a result, I placed an order. I was given It was replaced with a super bright 12v LED bulb (instead of the standard 12v incandescent 1141 bulb) to provide a much brighter solution for this RV that had never been available before. br>br>The same treatment was given to the porch light near the door. More vibrant a larger audience A fantastic addition.
This item was a perfect match for my Winnebago Journey. I looked up the part in the Winnebago parts catalog that you can download. After that, I googled the manufacturer's part number. I ordered it after Amazon came up with a hit. I set up - today. The fit is perfect. It's a little pricey at $12, but it fits, is clear, and doesn't appear to let water in very easily. I'm in a good mood!.
This was an exact match for the cracked cover on my 2008 Itasca Spirit Motorhome. This product is of excellent quality and appears to be identical to the OEM part; I would strongly recommend it.
After breaking the original equipment on my 90 skamper by simply changing the bulb, I ordered a replacement.
It does what it says. There are no issues. On 2006 coachmen, this feature was installed.
A fantastic substitute.
When we put it to use, it will be fantastic. Hubby already had a new light fixture, which I didn't know about until after I broke the original trying to clean it. When we need it in the future, this will work. Our originals had a lot of brittleness to them.
My 1950s canned ham trailer's porch light was a perfect match!.
