The ramp is especially helpful when I need to access my travel trailer from the side and when I need to access my truck from the side. It helps people with difficulty get in and out as well. Not only do I keep my belongings in the bag, I also keep my gear. My only complaint is it is a touch smaller than another one I have but there is still plenty of room for standing or stepping without issues. However, the legs are becoming loose and the machine no longer works properly. Although they may hold fully extended, I still have to extend them individually in order for them to level out as they tend to collapse when I try to fold them The fact that it is fully functional but sometimes not stable, unless I remember to extend them every time it moves, is annoying.
It is perfect for my Teardrop trailer, since it doesn't have a step. It cost me $29. 99. I like the wide and sturdy design, and that there is a handle and that the legs can be adjusted. Since I am only 5'1, the height adjustment was a challenge for me. One of the things I dislike at this time is that it's difficult to push both buttons on the legs at once and then slide it to the next position. This was something I couldn't do. I had to move it three times. As well as my husband, who works with his hands, and I, who have a strong constitution, both had a difficult time. It is hoped that the legs will not require further adjustment. There is currently only one downside to this system.
A plastic frame holding 450 pounds was supposed to be used. While I am not near that weight, that step only lasted a few times when loading up the cargo (and it had a wobbly feel to it to boot) before it cracked in two (while someone was standing I am so glad I found this alternative! There are no problems with the stability of the stool no matter what the height. Also, it is very easy to fold up and takes up a very limited amount of space. As a result of its construction, the bag is heavier than most, but a strong and heavy material is what makes it so. Purchased this product and it was great!.
It was easy to order one of these steps for my RV. From the description, it sounded as though it would be exactly what I needed. In comparison with similar items, I found this product to be superior due to its handle and reflective tape. Upon receiving the package, it was discovered that the tab that locks one of the folding legs in place could not fit through the hole to tighten the leg. A new item was ordered from the same company after I returned the first. My replacement item, which came three days after I returned the original item, had the same problem as the original item. It goes without saying that I am done with this. Other manufacturers will be providing me with a step for my RV.
It is sturdy and well built at an affordable price. At half the price of my previous stool, this stool appears to be excellent value for money.
The first step we used was a plastic folding step we found at Camping World for getting When it collapsed for the third time, I threw it in a trash bin and bought this one from Amazon instead. You got a great deal on it, it's sturdy and solid and doesn't There's just a feeling of safety whenever you go through the doors. It is something I'd recommend to anyone.
I think this fits our camper perfectly. The step out is usually too big when we level the camper, so this makes it easier for us and our pets to get in and out of. The fact that it folds up and can be stored under the couch in the camper when not in use, and that it can hold heavy objects, is very appealing to me. Lastly, I like that the surface of the steps is extremely large to ensure no one will miss.
I am disabled and was scared to use the little folding plastic step because it never felt sturdy enough. This was purchased by my husband for me as a gift. It is an amazing invention, helping me to enter and exit his work trailer safely and securely. With this one, I don't have to worry about falling.
