It is now possible to park my snowmobile trailer without worrying about frozen locks anymore. The trailer tongue caps I've found recently would've been a great find when I was a teenager. In Minnesota, we have had three snow storms so far this year, as well as a few icy mornings, but the Nordic has succeeded in keeping ice and snow off my snowmobile and walleye boat trailer tongues. Everything is dry as a bone and the connection to my truck is just a matter of pulling off the cover. As well, I wanted to stop any rusting on my walleye boat trailer chains and wiring harness, and this prevents it from happening during the winter since the boat is left outside during the cold weather. Following a period of rain, we removed the cover from our trailer hitch and water poured out from underneath. However, we will have to try it again to see if we can make it more secure. It was disappointing the first time we tried it.
