I am waiting for new mounting bolts to arrive from ECS, then it will be time for installation. It is recommended that these bolts be renewed and torqued to 20Nm plus 90 degrees per factory manual. A N10724701 is associated with this part number.

In case you're wondering about this product and want to read the reviews, let me assist you with your choice. It's been a few weeks since I received this product. I got it as described. It is a good-looking product for half the price of a comparable product. As it is a bracket, there is nothing that could possibly go wrong with it. It took a few attempts to thread both bolts back in after lifting the car up, removing the bolts, and applying blue thread locker. When I took out the bolts, the mount moved just enough to make the holes not line up with the new bracket. Since the bolts couldn't be re-threaded, I had to put the new bracket on top of the old bracket. You will still be surprised even if this job is really as simple as it has to Since I only raised the front of the car on both sides, maybe if the car has been level in all four corners, this would not have happened. I had a hard time threading these bolts back in after about 10 minutes. The only way to get them back in was by gently wedging a flat head into the holes and then lining them up again. Then that became a chore as well. Installation in an Audi S4 was not expected to be easy, so I expected it to be more complicated than it should Torquing them to 25 Nm was my goal. It always seemed to me that up shifting was a bit sloppy in this car, especially at medium speeds. The whole process was made a lot smoother this way. It was also a positive improvement to downshift. The slant produced from stopping would be quite significant without this bracket, but with it, it seemed to be significantly improved. However, for the price and other improvements, I do think this product was worth it, so if you're on the fence, just buy it and if you don't like it, it's not the end of the world to put the stock bracket back on.

It was easy to install and fit our 2012 Audi S5 4 just as expected. The manual transmission is found in two of them. As of now, shifting is going well. This product is solidly built, made entirely of aluminum, and it is half the price of the competition.

I bought this billet aluminum item to mount under the transmission mount of my 2010 Audi S4. After working two days, I went home and relaxed. Thanks to the extended warranty program, my car has been at the Audi Orlando dealership for over three weeks to fix the shifting forward issue. The real repair is over $4,600, and the extended warranty program has helped immensely. Even so, it'd make for a pretty sweet paperweight.

Installing this product was incredibly simple. There is quite a difference between the two. By stepping on the peddle and slowing down, smooth shifting occurs. It would be nice if you could unscrew two 10m triple squares. When you do, you will be able to accomplish your goal. I was able to fit my 2011 Q5 2 into it. Nothing to worry about with 0L. I took 20 minutes or less to complete. I am not sure why the vehicle didn't come from the manufacturer in this manner. The piece I took of was saved just in case anything should happen to it. This is a good feeling. Buying a name brand made no sense to me since it is made of the same material. It's better than the original equipment (which gets replaced).
