Everything was perfect with the solenoid! I had P0741 on my 2004 Acura TL transmission ( torque converter clutch circuit stuck off) and it had a lot of hard shifts and very aggressive downshifting (dropping into second when you're When I replaced my OEM solenoids with these SINS solenoids, my Acura feels like it is brand new! A new shift strategy has been implemented! The switch solenoids in my 2002 Honda Odyssey were hard to turn from 1st to 2nd so I changed them out and now it's much I found this to be helpful! As the ports on the new ones are bigger, the fluid can flow more freely

Turn them on, not hard.
The check engine light should be off now. The code for the faulty device was During the cold season, the transmission would slip, but now it has resumed normal operation. I'll see how long it lasts.

Update, the problem isn't entirely resolved, but it has improved, not too far off of where it was. To see how well that works, I will also replace the lock up solenoid.
