To replace a faulty sensor, I purchased this. In the past, I was getting a check engine light flashing with a "D" code (Code As expected, came with crush washer, and was tedious to install but nevertheless fixed my issue - faulty sensor, P0847 code, flashing / blinking "D" while in drive. I would recommend it to anyone with relevant years and models.

As far as we could tell, the part worked. My attention was not drawn to what you said - You can view a video of removing a tire and wheel well splash guard and then going underneath the car to replace them after removing the engine splash guard. It is pretty awkward, but it was an effective way to replace them. Wash your hands before you use It was difficult to get the washer (of course) from that position when I removed the original. That required contortions of my hand/wrist that probably should not have been After the fact, I was able to get it and install it.

Our 2012 Honda Civic was installed correctly, and we no longer saw the error code. If you are comfortable getting under the car, it was not difficult to install. It was an excellent price when compared to an OEM part or local parts store!.
