PVC is the material in question.
The synthetic leather didn't even come close to the leather on my saddle bags and seat, so I returned it as soon as it arrived. I am aware that the bag has multiple attachment points, and that a broken strap should not have resulted in the bag being lost.
Without the luggage rack, I wouldn't use it. Because of the constant rubbing against the fender, the paint will wear out. The bottom of the bag has tie downs that help secure it to the luggage rack.
The straps go around the pad on the sissy bar, and it will fit on the backrest. There are also straps to keep it attached to the sissy bar. It is extremely safe.

Although it appears to be in good condition, I would not trust it with a heavy load. I don't think it's more than ten pounds. One of the buckles broke on the first day. It's mostly for show and isn't actually useful.
It works and functions well, with the exception that the top cylindrical bag does not hold its shape unless it is completely stuffed. Aside from that, it's a great value.
I didn't realize how big it was! 3 simple steps to follow With only the square bag, I was able to complete a four-day run. Heavy-duty construction. It hasn't rained on it yet.
The front pocket is crookedly sewed on! Aside from that, it's an excellent bag.
