This part number is for the seal trim peace that runs from the windshield to the rear door on the passenger side of the truck. If you need the driver side, get 55277191AB. If you need to replace the door seal itself, get an open door seal part number 55277295AA. This part number i have provided is for front doors left or right side, rear door part number is 55277293AA. Part is of OEM quality, and it fits like a glove

It is simple to set up. Simply put it on in the same manner as the one you removed. This part might not look exactly like the one you removed, but that's a good thing. It was reengineered after 2004 or 2005, and thus does not self-destruct like the one you're replacing.

The area where the rips used to occur when closing the door has been changed so that the new seal does not drag on the door.

It was a perfect match

It was a perfect match. At highway speeds, the passenger door on my used 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT made a lot of wind noise. When it rained, it bled as well. There were no holes or anything visible on a cursory inspection of the existing seal. br>br>Ordered it, removed the old one, and replaced it (no tools required). The truck still has some wind noise, but it's not as bad as it was before, and according to what I've read, this is standard operating procedure for this truck. There are no more leaks, either. This is an excellent product.
