Is it true that this includes orings for one or two hubs?

There are two orings in the set. One will be used for testing, and the other will be used for the final installation.

Is this a hub that locks automatically or manually? It's for my manual hub that I'm looking for. I'm looking for a Ford part number and can't seem to find it. It was nowhere to be found, according to the parts guy. ?

Both manual and automatic locking hubs were available for the Ford SD in 2003. Parts fit in both housings, with the exception of the auto having a diaphram and possibly something else to differentiate the internals of a couple of parts.

It's a great price, and it comes in a kit

It comes as a kit for ONE wheel hub at a great price. To complete both sides, you'll need two kits. I like that it came with all of the necessary hardware and o rings to replace the seals on my 2001 F-150's locking hub. Super Duty is a 250 horsepower truck. Please keep in mind that this kit only contains parts for the locking 4WD vacuum hub; axle seals and o-rings are not included. The hub assembly/axle is equipped with rings.

It's not up to par

Not everything from China is as it should be, and this product is no exception: the "O" ring has poor molds. Un-flashing and flashing This seal is plagued by a round cross section. The snap/retaining ring received a two-star rating because it worked well. I would have given this zero stars and returned it if it weren't for the retaining ring; as it stands, I'll be replacing these "O" rings with factory rings before the winter arrives.

The o- Because there is a seam around the circumference of the rings, they appear to be cheap

The o- Because there is a seam around the edge of the rings, they appear to be of low quality. I was concerned that they would fail to seal properly, but they did.
