Questions & Answers
If the gun isn't pumping up, there are a few things to think about. First, if you get resistance when pumping, the cup is fine; if you don't get resistance when pumping, the tube in which the cup rides may be cracked. If you spray water with a little dish detergent on the tube and watch for bubbles, you might be able to find a crack. If bubbles appear in the tube, there is a leak. If that's the case, repairing it would be more expensive than purchasing a new gun. You might have a leak in one of the valve's o rings if the pump stroke has resistance throughout the entire stroke. There are some YouTube videos that can assist you in changing the o rings.
I have them in stock, but Amazon has removed nearly all of the parts that contain the word "spring." They seem to think of them all as assault springs.
If you have a Crosman 766, the right side of the receiver will have 766 engraved in large engraved numerals. This kit will replace your seals and other wear parts if that is the case.
I installed this kit in a 2100 and shot it a few times, and it appears to have performed as expected. Caveat: I haven't seen it since then, so I can't comment on its durability.

If you're looking for this, you already know how difficult it is to locate these components. I just installed them in my 766, which had been out of commission for a while, and it's now firing like new. I thought the thing was finished, but it's now good for at least another 20 years. 30 years.
With this kit, I was able to restore a pumpmaster that had a cracked valve to working order.
It had an effect.
Grandpa's real BB gun is just as much fun for the kids as the latest Halo or Fortnight gun. Perhaps it's even worse.
What a bargain!.
