The item received was double bagged and on the bag was a blank label instead of Bic lighters looked as if they had been used to reseal the bags. The machine work looked as if it was done by a 3rd grader, but the training was provided by a 5th grader who had been There are many parts made by ICT that I have installed on LS motors, and all are of utmost quality and craftsmanship. In the attempt to install this P O S, it was ruined by the fact that it DIDN'T fit!.
