Do you have a 283 chevy with a turbo 350 transmission that fits?

There was no external balance, only 283 were. A balance plate for internal balance is made by these companies.

What are the chances of it fitting a 602 crate motor with a powerglide transmission?

There is no chance for this to happen. There is a ALL26820 that is externally balanced, but you will need to order.

Can this be installed on a 1974 400 SC?

want to make sure that the teeth on your starter match the teeth on the ring. The 153 tooth along with the 168 tooth is on one side. For the plates with different numbers of teeth, different starters are used. You should also make sure that your crank is 2 inches You will not be able to fit it if it is bigger. This is something they do not tell you.

An external balance flex plate of 168 tons for a 400ci sbc is needed. I’ve received two shipments of supplies from 1985 and after, which will not fit my needs.

I've never done this kind of mechanic work before, but I was badly in need of it. I replaced the damaged flex plate, and now my boat starts like new! The flex plate on my boat stopped working because it had teeth chips, so I took it all apart and replaced it with the new one.
