The BDC does not specify if you require an inner or outer joint, whether 4 or 6 cylinders, front or rear wheel drive, or if it is a hybrid. The word "slick" comes to mind
5/5

Its flexibility was a key factor in my decision to purchase this boot. To fit over my axle CV joint, I cleaned up a 12" traffic cone, cut it down to size, and installed it. It's a little tight at the top, so I turned it inside out, stretched it out, and used the heat gun to warm it up. On the axle, I put grease on the cone and inserted it into the axle. Afterwards, I put the boot over the cone and threaded it onto the axle - I luckily have a lot of muscle to help me with this (which made the task somewhat easier for me). Once I turned the boot right, my foot came to a stop He finished the job by pulling his side out. The word "slick" comes to mind. Despite the lack of light in the second picture, you can see where the new boot goes.

I was very happy with the result
5/5

The CV axle boot needs to be replaced. I was very happy with the result. The one thing in the world that stretches like this and then returns to its normal function is the human body.

An Expandable CV Boot that is the best In three consecutive installations, my Dorman boots were ripped during installation! This is my third purchase of the Flexx Boot FB3000! First touch of the Flex product makes it feel much more flexible
5/5

I was able to install it without any problems. The boot installer will also work for a long time. I would also recommend Flexx Boot FB 5000 Rapid CV Boot Installer. It didn't work for both of them I own a Flex FB 5000 and a Dorman It is 30'. There is a slight price difference between FB 5000 and FB 5000 Pro, but FB 5000 Pro is a professional tool. It has everything it needs to be successful The construction is metal, and the overhangs are safety-rated The storage case has a pressure safety valve and is nice and neat. In order to avoid over-correction, you could adjust the length of the boot A growing business. 534 T 'Dorman - A plastic material is used to make 030' As a result, it has no overhang The safety valve will function automatically, and it will be installed under pressure When a fire breaks out, it is destroyed It says to apply pressure (the manual says this) Additionally, it does not come with a storage case.

Ensure that the material is flexible
5/5

I installed it on a 2015 Camry and the CV joint worked perfectly, no noises, but the original boot appeared to be worn and the grease had begun to leak. As a fan of original axles, I did not like aftermarket axles, so this product was ideal for me. In spite of 2 months of use and about 3000 miles, the boot holds up as it should.

We are working on the middle step of the manual transmission of the 2009 Kia Soul
5/5

A new axle shaft wouldn't have been worth the expense. Aftermarket ones can be a bit of a gamble when it comes to It fits just fine. I didn't know it would but I bought it anyways. Since I couldn't stretch the cone over the joint, I just tore out the whole shaft and used a small cone to stretch it over. You will see gearbox fluid come out of the gearbox. If you're going to change your fluid, you might as well do it now. 75W is good to have The fluid used in gearboxes is synthetic. There are two quarts in a jar. There is a video on youtube about how to do this. The last step can be omitted. Set up the grease, clamp down, and install. Suitable for the job. The update will be made if it fails, but I doubt it.

(2009) Outback works OK, but not very well
3/5

There is no point in making clips. Previously, I replaced both of the CV boots on my Subaru There is now a wonderful smell of burning grease coming from the cup due to the fact that the divots in the cup were not properly sealed. A little bit of grease gets out slowly from the divots in the cup. With the help of a hose clamp, I was able to fix the problem. The clips that came with this are worthless and useless. It is not worth your time to even try.

It would be nice if there were instructions for installing the product
5/5

It would be nice if there were instructions provided for installation. The first time I saw it, I thought it couldn't possibly The installer used a cone (I used a funnel)and a heat gun, and grease to fix it. It worked great! Next I read another review where the installer turned the device inside out and placed it inside a funnel.

The product was of good quality, but it wasn't sized properly
3/5

It is deceiving from Amazon to claim that the Fitment is accurate. A joint cup that doesn't have ears will not seal the divets in the cup. I found that the product was good, but I did not feel it was right for my vehicle due to the inability to seal the joints.
