Is this part compatible with a 2006 Honda H3?

Not sure. It does, however, state that it will fit Hummers from 2007 onwards.

Excellent product! I'd been looking for a mirror for my Hummer H3 for a long time and finally found it! It's up and running, and it doesn't appear to have gone wrong!
