Yes, I just bought one two weeks ago. Make sure the actuators are in good working order, as they appeared to be the cause of my broken AC/Heater blend door.
It will, in fact, fit a 2003.
On a 2005 Tahoe, I put it in.

This was successful in repairing my rear air conditioning. A flap door with a piece of plastic protruding from it is operated by a GM actuator motor. The plastic rod that connects the flap door to the actuator breaks off for whatever reason, and when you turn the controls, nothing is connected, so your temperature isn't affected because the flap door isn't working. I believe the OEM part has a design or material defect, and I now have a new OEM part that will eventually fail (I'm fairly certain), but in the meantime, I have rear AC again. It's not difficult to replace, but you'll need to remove all of the plastic trim on the passenger side of the back compartment; there are spring clips holding it in, and a couple of them are difficult to reach, so you'll be working blindly just trying to pry them off. Its a do- For the home gamer, this is an excellent job.
After watching a few videos online, I was able to complete the repair with relative ease, and the dealer quoted me $1400 for the job. Thanks to the availability of this part, I was able to save $1300 by doing it myself.
The issue with the rear heater has been resolved!.
This was the ideal replacement, and the blend door came with it.
My 2003 GMC Denali was a perfect fit. My a/c in the back works perfectly now! This book comes highly recommended. You're not going to be let down.
It was a great success.
The installation process was simple and of excellent quality. I was able to repair my broken blend air flap for a fraction of the cost of the dealer, and the parts were identical.
