Probably a half pound more than normal. With mine, I had no problems with clearance.
The greater the amount of filler, the higher the price.
The dana 30 is standard on the Jeep XJ. As a result, a Dana 44 cover isn't a viable option.

The cover is great, heavy dutybr>However, the bolts are not grade 8, as they are marked on the head, but chine crap that snapped off with a 3/8" ratchet before I Evan could get to the tork wrench. If you don't want to send bolts, just use real grade 8! I could tell my glasses were bad as soon as I put them on. Because of the bolts, the product looks great on the cover but gets a half-bad review. I smashed the cover on rocks and it still works fine with no leaks.
For extreme off-roading, it's mounted on both differentials. roading. The majority of clubs demanded different covers, which are extremely durable. Note: They'll rust unless they're painted.
