There was a constant light on the switch.
With a Nilight panel I could charge a laptop & cell phone simultaneously and also power my lights at the same time The LED Voltmeter & incandescent bulbs Plug and socket for cigarette lighters A green LED lights up when the switch is on. It was an Xprite and Xprite & Xtrite when I washed my golf cart My Nilight switches no longer worked so I bought these switches to replace my old style switches. As soon as I turn on my lights Once again, we have panel work to do. I hope now that I will be able to wash my golf cart without worrying that my lights won't work because this type of switch has a rubber boot around it to prevent water intrusion.
In the back the switch is held with an integral clip and sealed with a thin piece of rubber (see the image). For the boot to seal, the hole needs to be accurately cut, and for the clip to fit in, it needs to be elongated. * br>I had to try a second time to get the switch just right, but in the end I was able to get it look great! The switch illuminates blue when it is on, so it is easy to know it is on without.
An example of how I used one of these switches was to isolate a small (30ah) lithium battery from my you are referring to is rated at 20 amps, so it is sufficient for your project, as are the cables you are supplying, which appear to be 18AWG rated at 16 amps for chassis wiring, so they are also adequate for this project. I have this in my workshop all the time as it is a handy product.
In my case, I was automating our chicken coop as part of a DIY project. I think they did a fine job and have lasted very well, but I wouldn't use them if I had to use them on anything more important, they seem a bit cheap and I wouldn't trust them if I had to use.
On my kayak, I have fishing electronics and lights, and I was looking for a simple way to control them. Since these rocker switches are small, I was able to install them in a convenient location, without having to look for an accessible location. To date, they seem to work great and I really like that they have yellow backlit indicators, so it's easy to see when they are on.
Unless you wire it up so that the indicator led light works, it will not power even a small led light. If you plug it into a main side prong then it works but when you connect an auxiliary prong it still does not power the indicator led.
It lights up nicely when it's on, and remains visible even under bright Rubber boots help prevent water and moisture from getting into the device. It is ideal for use in.
