Combined with the 6-way switch, it can handle a load of up to 20 amps With a 2-way switch box, there are two circuits (ABC and DEF) each fused to Here is a translation I hope
The switch box does not come with relays built in.
It is more than possible for 12 gauge wire to handle a load of more than 20A @ 12V DC since the length of wire between the dash and battery is not that great. It is important to note that each switch is rated at 20A, with a maximum of 40A for each circuit (3 switches). Here is a translation I hope

There are three switches in each one, and each switch has a 20 gauge wire. There is a fuse on each of the power wires that is rated at 40 amps. There is only one fuse for each output wire, so each one is The amps of 40 amps will lead to a fire on the 20 gauge wire. If you put a small enough fuse in that 20 gauge wire, you will probably not have enough amperage for the three circuits you are There's nothing wrong about the quality of construction here and you can easily take it apart and wire it if you want to. It's just a shame they.
Wires and fuses for the main power connections are already attached to the unit. Each of the six accessories wires has a collar that connects to the respective accessory cable. The labeling on the front of the box is on the inside. As you can see, I am removing the box from the box so you can see what's inside. I usually inspect anything before I buy it. The unit is assembled on the way to installation in order to ensure its good condition. In the internal wiring, you can see that there are two banks of three switches each, and each of these banks has a 40 amp fuse. Power wires go into the 40 amp fuses on the main power supply. A total of three power wires are then piggybacked into three separate switches, with 14 gauge wire used to do so. The main ground wire, which is 20 gauge, is then In this case, I am simply replacing the daisy chained ground wires with separate ground wires from each switch based on the fact that the project with which this box is being used has separate ground wires already installed. In addition to the switches, I'll be using them to power separate relays so as not to overload the box itself with direct connections to The crimped connections are all done very well, and all connectors have shrink wrap to prevent wires from coming loose or crimped loose. Despite its small size, this switch box is extremely well built and I plan to purchase it again for next time.
I CLEARLY WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TO BE SO STRONG! Isolated from each other, the SWITCHBOX is electrically isolated into two halves on its positive side, each protected by a 20 amp fuse. ONE SMALL GROUND [COMMON] WIRE [IS FOR LED CIRCUITS, NOT SWITCHED CIRCUITS]. SO BE AWARE THAT THE NEGATIVE SIDE IS EITHER GROUND TO FRAME OR DIRECT. A SINGLE POLE SWITCH controls the fan. It is - That would have been the best place for us to stop had I said it first. In my case, I am running the following LEDs ERROR BAR AN OFF-SCREEN ICON The road fog/flood bar is low mounted [52"], with three work/floods, two corner spots, and one high spot. It does not matter what current this box is having since it is switching relays.
My ratings for the 6 gang box are 5 stars, but I've only used it for a short while and connected only 2 accessories As a first point, I am impressed with the box quality. Also, the wires are sized appropriately for 20 amp service. The third feature is the switches seem to be of good quality. It worked perfectly after I installed it in my new Honda Pioneer 1000 5 LE side-by-side. It was a great alternative to cutting holes into Those looking to build it do need a bit of wiring know-how from switches to a bus bar or accessory, but it comes with very straightforward I don't bet they sold out in a hurry because it doesn't surprise me that it is no longer available. The product would be a good.
It's so easy to install, blends in with the factory color, and it doesn't stick out like most products do. Thanks for a good product that I will definitely recommend.
UNTIL I SAW THIS CONTROL BOX ON AMAZON, I had been thinking about building my own control box. ION NEEDS TO SAY THAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED TOGGLE SWITCHES, RELAYS, AND OTHER SUCH ITEMS. MY OWN CONTROL BOX IS FOR BUILDING. I may need to do some more research if I need to view it (*OVERSIGHT*). Oh well, it's a nice control box I bought. I'm glad I did. THE CREW CAB OF MY 2016 2500HD CHEVY 4X4 IS 2500HD. ABOVE IS THE BOX I MOUNTED UNDER THE STEERING COLLUMN. I found this to be a really good location as it wasn't in the way (*NOT IN THE WAY*) of other equipment. ran all wiring under the mounting area of the control box, and I found it to work just fine. THE OUTPUT ELECTRICAL LINES FROM THE CONTROL BOX ARE FIRED TO THE OTHER ELECTRICAL UNITS, AND THE BOX IS THEREFORE PROTECTED FROM WIRING PROBLEMS. When I built my wiring for my box, I did not use any relays. A FUSE IS ALSO ON THE UNIT'S POWER WIRE (*AT THE UNIT*). DUAL FUSES OF PROTECTION ARE USUALLY USED. I've found that replacing wiring harnesses is extremely expensive. I've found that replacing fuses is cheaper. MY UNITS ARE WIRED WITH (*MAXIMUM ONE WAY DIODES*). THIS WAY, PIECES OF LIGHT (*SAME LIGHTS*) CAN WORK This box is highly recommended for those people like me, who are looking to mount in a small area, with big results. The construction of the set is very well done, and in a way, it is heavy-duty. When you hold this box by hand, you will know that it is worth its weight in gold. I wish you a safe and enjoyable ride.
Moisture is the only possibility I could come up with. During my first cycle, I did not wash the electronics, but I did wash the machine. I believe that the second machine had not been cleaned when it began acting up. My duster water is either causing it to run out of steam or it's some sort of internal issue because I'm on my second one within four months and it isn't working anymore.
This switch box was ordered to operate the strobes that are built into the light-up Magnum headache rack as well as the capability to add more lights. It was the guys at work installing the headache rack who hard wired it in and hooked up the strobes on switch F, not me. Due to the fact that the box is already wired to the battery, it will be easy for me to wire up the spots, floods, and amber beacons to the other color-coded I like the size of the box because it is small enough not to be too intrusive, but large enough to find the right switch to activate the The toggle light is illuminated when the switch is in the on position. A Chevy truck has many switch boxes installed in this location below the dash to the right of the steering wheel column (shop guys said they've installed many switch boxes at this location). My box has been installed for about 3 months now, and I use it maybe 4 times a week right now to light me up for you Returning to the original path after turning and reversing Thus far, everything seems to be going well. It might not work as intended. I'll update my review if that happens.
