As for my car, I race it, the suspension is stiff, and I drive it quite a bit on the street. It was a very smooth process
There is no limit to what can be connected to this switch. In my trunk, I mounted my near the wiring for the battery and fuel pump. The factory should have installed one when the vehicle was built. The fuel pump will shut off if we collide, so this switch is there for this purpose.

I just back out the terminal from the connector and I use my own wires and relay connectors.
Whichever way you turn it, they have it hooked up backwards.
It appears that the wires are not connected correctly. sorry I can't provide any more information.
There are 3 pins on the switch The three letters C, NO, and S - No charges Common. Open most of the time, closed most of the time. It is unfortunate that the plug supplied has no wire for the common. A Delphi GT280 connector appears to be used in the plug. The Delphi Metri-X plugin wasn't used, instead I used the Delphi Metri-X I was able to understand the switch with pictures of the pins and the wiring diagram thanks to Hotwin, who was very responsive to my questions.
Installing the switch is relatively straightforward. As it comes NO, I needed to make it NC for my purposes. This is not a documented change but it is quite simple to implement. The wire positions are labeled COM NO and NC if a wiring change is required. Take off the yellow cap on the plug (see picture). A hole in the ground is a sure sign of it. The best tool is a flat screwdriver, instead of a round object like a paper clip. Pry the wire that needs to be moved out of the retainer while pulling the wire to release the wire from the retainer. When the wire is freed from the retainer, pull the wire until it slides out of the retainer Install the switch after the wire has been centered in the socket. Replace the yellow plug in the socket and replace the yellow cover.
As it is wired NC when it should be wired NO, the switch/plug assembly needs to be "modified. ". In most cases, you can't just switch wires on the plug unless maybe you do it on a regular basis. There is no way the switch could work unless the plug is modified. There has been mention of this in feedback, but I thought, "How difficult can it be to change a plug?"? "Turns out to be a very difficult task. It will be only a matter of time until I find one from another vendor and hope that it's assembled correctly. It's a pity because it was a very neat.
As described, I ordered this and have it wired from the relay coil to the control switch in my drag car. There's only one star deducted for the fact that you have to flip the pins around for it to be NC and work, but that is very easy I'm not sure how much the amperage rating matters since I'm using it in a low-current situation, but it's great to know that the fuel pump runs on a smaller power source.
You need to hook it up to the red electric fuel pump on your Holley. Despite the fact that it is tied into the trigger wire on the relay side, it is necessary to remove it and repin the wire.
In the center slot is a "red light warning buzzer"
So far, it has been working correctly! The writer, Larry.
We could not get the wire to work, so we had to move it. Turning on the relay for the fuel pump was done using this wire. We did not run power through it for the fuel pump.
