The neutral safety switch was mounted on the floor shifter, so this won't fit a column from a 1987 Camaro.

RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, IT FAILED

The spring that holds the reverse contact in place was missing from the switch. There was no way to reverse the light on the switch. I needed to clean and reinstall the old switch. I had no choice but to toss it in the trash because it was not worth my time to send back.
