It's hard to say. Light switches reverse when the switch is turned on. I think this could be used for a lot of things. A NV4500 was in a 94 Ram 2500 for me

The transmission for this item is a New Venture (nv). A different switch is used in the G56. Since they are both available in your truck, it is imperative that you determine which transmission you have. If it is a 5 speed, then it would be the NV4500. Your reverse is up and to the right, so it is the NV5600 6 It is fast. It is the G56 6 if it is to the left and down It is fast.

To replace the old bulb, move the new one, and to function-test the lights it will take about five minutes. To loosen the nut, you just need a 7/8-inch / 22mm socket and a ratchet. The nut should then be tightened.
