No, only the upper button remains pressed to keep the light turned on. The bottom button remains pressed all of the time.

It's complete nonsense

The fog light switch on the new unit was completely broken. The oem switch had a hole in the fog light switch, which caused the light to always shine brightly. I took two and combined them to make one. This is a switch that I do not recommend. You get what you pay for in this case.

Remove the dash trim piece with the help of a YouTube video. The only thing I didn't like about the original design was that it included a led light to indicate whether or not the fog lights were turned on.
