Yes, but I had to stick with my old actuator. It had a different one with it.
Yes, the two bolts you see are for mounting the electronic actuator after the part is mounted on the oil pan.
The solenoid is attached, but double-check that it matches yours; the solenoid attached was not the same as mine, so I had to reinstall mine.

There's a reason these retail for $500 elsewhere. Sure, the upfront costs are higher, but time is money as well. It's not fun to have to redo this job after only a year. Read the reviews; unless you're doing a quick repair to sell a car, there's no reason to buy this item.
It's already broken; they're cheaply made; it's only been two months and it's already broken. Don't buy this product; don't waste your money. I think a plastic one would be better.
As you can see in the attached photo, it is completely broken today. I've only engaged it 5 or 6 times because it's on the front axle and I have a RWD car. I now have to buy a new part and pay to have it repaired again due to either extremely poor material or a bad fit. br>The listing claims that it comes with a 24-month warranty, but there is no way to verify this. The seller has not responded to messages, and Amazon is unable / unwilling to help.
When the electronic motor on this item failed, I contacted Amazon to request a replacement motor, but they told me that I would have to return the entire item. Well, it's a job to install, and all I have to do is replace the motor in 2 minutes. Very dissatisfied.
Everything is fine except for the electricity. The motor has stopped working.
It's a fantastic product that does exactly what it says on the tin.
It performed as expected.
