The 732-number is recommended by Trail Tech. For the CRF250R models, the FNA1 Universal Fan Kit is available.
No, you'll need part number 732- instead. FN13.
Concerning the EMS, I'm not sure. The Clark 3 is in my possession. On a 2005 CRF450X, there is a 4 gallon tank. It's a perfect match for that tank.

The equipment can't keep up with the bike, so it's useless. The temperature rises to the point where the fan turns on when the car is left idling. The fan will turn on at this point, and the temperature will continue to rise until it reaches boiling point if left on. This is even acknowledged in the literature by the manufacturer. As a result, you must still turn off the engine when it comes to a stop, defeating the purpose of this kit. I'm replacing a fan and adding a second to improve airflow; I'll need to add a relay to avoid overloading the circuit. I'm hoping that this will be enough to keep up with the engine and keep the bike from overheating while idling. I'll have to look into pusher/puller fans if that doesn't solve the problem completely. I'll only use the relay and fuse from this kit at the end of the day. I'm sure I could have found a cheaper way to activate my fans with a simple temperature activated switch and put together a fully functional kit for a fraction of the price. Not everyone has the necessary skills to construct their own kit, but if you don't, consider the following: Adding this kit to a stock bike doesn't make much of a difference; in fact, the difference is negligible. So either find a way to build a proper kit or don't waste your time and effort. I'm sorry I bought this kit, but hopefully the lesson was worthwhile.
This product is a great substitute for the Honda OEM fan. The unit came with everything you need to get it up and running. The frame has a nice finish, and the display on the bottom makes adjusting the temperature at which the fan turns on very simple. Some people were concerned that the fan would drain their battery, but when I got home and turned on the trickle charger, it turned green almost immediately, indicating that the battery was not being drained much. For my Crf250x, it's a great addition as well as insurance. The hot air blowing through the fairing lets you know it's on, even if it's not very loud. The anodized temperature sensor looks OEM and adds a nice touch.
This product fits like it came from the factory, and I'm blown away by how easy it was to install. I would strongly suggest it. You can also set the temperature fan to come on, and it will display the current temperature. This is a fantastic addition to your bicycle!.
I just installed the fan on my CRF250X, and it appears to be functioning properly. Using the provided instructions, it is simple to set up. It's also easy to set up. When the temperature is reached, the fan turns on. My thermostat was set to 185°F, and it shut off after about 3 minutes of being turned off.
Everything is in order. It is simple to put together.
Overall, the operation is satisfactory, but the mounting holes do not line up perfectly, necessitating the use of force to secure the clips in place. The adjustment button is already stuck, which could be a problem.
Excellent item.
