Standard Motor Products HR159 Relay

Because Nissan horn did not work, I popped open the casing on the original relay and touched the contacts together, which made the horn honk, which convinced me that the relay had failed. Upon putting my hand on the steering wheel, I tested the validity of the voltage going to the HR socket. Nothing else could be done except to replace the Sadly, the new one doesn't work, but the old one did.
