Standard Motor Products HN-15 Horn

Instead of reviewing the product itself, this is a review of the vendor. Original purpose of my purchase of this product was due to the type of connection the horn contained, which met my requirements Due to company limitations, I had to settle for a different horn than I originally ordered. I am sure that the horn is a quality one, and it works quite well, but it does nobody any good if the product sent is not the same as the one shown on the inventory list. If an item has an image associated with it, I expect to receive the same item. Vendor X was not able to assist in the matter.

Because this horn was connected by the type of wire this was the item I purchased for my 2001 Ford Focus. In fact, what I received was another product with an even different connection (unique type of I'm in the process of getting a refund, but it would have been nice if I could have found this item on Amazon that's hard to find.
