URO parts always seem to have a problem

Purchasing this spare was a precaution on the road in case of emergency. In my 2000 Volkswagen Eurovan, the part number is correct. The installation process, however, brings a number of strange The headlights went on by themselves when you started the engine for some strange reason. You can restore the original by deleting the files and re-installing. The fuel pump relay and headlights seem to have nothing to do with each other, which is very strange, and unlikely.

My codes were cleared and it works like a charm now

Despite the fact that this relay is labelled as multipurpose, it is actually used in the fuel system. It's totally cool. I removed the original relay, replaced it with this one, cleared the codes, and it worked as intended. Considering its low price, it makes for a good trouble shooting relay and I would recommend, if it doesn't solve your problem, getting a VW or Bosch dual relay and using this one only.
