Made by BMW, the car is a luxury model. It should be possible to match a Bosch relay with green wiring. Comparing part numbers is a good idea.

After changing my battery, which was due anyways, the car would crank, but would not start. For my BMW, I had to do this four times before I finally got it to Well, after reading many forums and watching YouTube videos, I discovered it may be the fuel pump relay of my vehicle.
